Henry Dodge, JD / Broker
A native of Mississippi, Henry started his real estate career in 2004 at Keller Williams Beverly Hills. While at KWBH, Henry served on the ALC/Board of Directors and was a leader in the educational training of new agents to the brokerage. In 2013, he obtained his broker's license and joined Keller Williams' Larchmont office in historic Hancock Park.
As a credit to his family's entrepreneurial background, in 2017 he started his own brokerage, Henry Dodge Properties, Inc, and established himself as one of the top boutique real estate brokerages in Los Angeles and Palm Springs.
He is law-degreed, an avid tennis player, snow skier and an architectural enthusiast. Henry's love of real estate extends to personal investments in SoCal. He currently owns a historic loft in Downtown Los Angeles and a lovely mid century pad in Hollywood Hills.

Lizbeth Scordo
As a New Jersey native and the daughter of a builder and architect, Lizbeth has always had a love for real estate, and has bought, renovated, and sold several properties in Los Angeles and Palm Springs over the last 15 years, becoming especially enamored with mid-century properties along the way.
As an Airbnb Superhost, she’s run several successful vacation rentals in Palm Springs including her current home, a 1955 post-and-beam that’s become wildly popular with visiting design enthusiasts. She also consults for homeowners and HDP clients looking to get their properties up and running as short-term rentals. Lizbeth is a nationally published writer for the LA and Palm Springs restaurant and travel scenes.

Rick Schmitz
As a third-generation Californian, Rick has split most of his time between Orange County and Palm Springs. With a love for architecture and design, he has overseen several remodel projects from Honolulu, to the South Bay and Dallas, with several of those projects turning into income property he has managed.
When Rick isn't looking for new real estate adventures, he enjoys traveling, anything automotive, and all things mid-century California.
Rick brings over 20 years of marketing experience with some of the biggest ad agencies, to the HD team.

Dave Bursin
Originally from Alabama (but ironically the biggest University of Tennessee fan), Dave has spent over 30 years in Southern California. He began his real estate career six years ago and lives and works in the beautiful Conejo Valley just west of Los Angeles.
Dave specializes in the stunning suburban communities of Calabasas, Westlake Village, Thousand Oaks and all of the Conejo Valley. His authentic approach to his clients reflects his southern upbringing where each client’s experience is personal and should be treated as such. Ambyr Preston
Born and raised in Southern California, Ambyr’s love for the beach and ranch style homes runs deep. Although new to the real estate game, Ambyr has a passion for interior design, staging and renovation.
She attributes her keen eye for design to her father who was a contractor. Ambyr specializes in selling homes in the Conejo Valley, where she and her husband both work and raise their four children. She has a Masters Degree in education, is an avid reader, runs an online platform All About Conejo, and can be found on the softball field most weekends.

Tracy Conley
Tracy was a top selling Realtor® in Florida prior to moving to Venice in 2009, and has continued her journey in SoCal.
Tracy works with buyers and sellers from condos to large homes, as well as commercial leases and acquisitions. In addition, she launched a very successful fitness business that she still successfully operates. She also has a Florida real estate license and her specialty is the Orlando metropolitan area.

Jeremy Roth
A native of southern Illinois, Jeremy’s love for real estate began when he and his mom scoured the Sunday paper for any and every open house in the tri-county area. Were they interested in buying? Nope! Just wanted to see cool homes! Jeremy holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism from the Walter Cronkite School at Arizona State University and began his career in LA as an entertainment reporter for various news outlets.
Jeremy is an avid member of the LA storytelling community, a fan of everything comedy, beaches, pools, HIIT workouts, margaritas and is a self-proclaimed Nintendo nerd. In 2021, he made the professional jump over to real estate and is stoked to be a part of Team HDP.

Noel Teubner
Born and raised in St. Louis, Noel has been a Venice local for over 20 years. She began her real estate career in 2008 in Venice, being drawn to this path because of the renovation, renewal and restoration of homes along with the community…with an arts background, she was drawn to the unique architecture and overall artistic vibe that was being created on the Westside.
Noel is also very passionate about health, wellness and personal growth, as she is always looking to up-level herself, along with those around her. This led her into a career in the fitness industry for over 20 years, teaching Pilates, Yoga, Breathwork and Meditation. This creates a balance for her in her life las she continues to expand in the personal healing field, working as a Human Guide as well as an Integration and Embodiment Coach. Cristian Popescu
